Pick-up Locations & Pricing - We offer pick-up locations all around the Solent. Please note that the starting point of your day can affect pricing, primarily due to variations in fuel costs.

Chichester Marina is the most cost-effective location, as it is Luna’s home berth. Starting your day here helps minimize travel distance and fuel usage, making it significantly cheaper than arranging for Luna to come to you.

Fuel charges are calculated based on the nautical mile distance from Chichester Marina to your chosen pick-up point.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your booking with Luna, a 25% deposit is required in advance. This deposit helps cover costs in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellations

• Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled voyage and the boat has not yet been prepared.

• Deposit Forfeit: If you cancel within 7 days of the voyage, or if the boat has already been prepared before your cancellation, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your booking at least 7 days prior to your original departure date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling within 7 days may incur additional preparation or administrative fees, depending on the extent of arrangements already made.

Weather Cancellations

• In the event of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the captain or local maritime authorities), you will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule your trip at no extra cost, or

  • Receive a full refund, including your deposit.
